After 13 years since their last performance the 103.5 Mix FM Big Band are having a reunion gig to be staged in the Brolga Theatre Foyer.

A Blast from the Past

After 13 years since their last performance the 103.5 Mix FM Big Band are having a reunion gig to be staged in the Brolga Theatre Foyer. The seventeen-piece band plus their three vocalists, come together for one night only to celebrate their musical achievements over their 23 years together.

The band will play repertoire featuring timeless pieces such as “Hello Dolly”, “Fly me to the Moon”, “A String of Pearls” and Glenn Miller’s “In the Mood” etc. The band will be joined with their three vocalists performing classic hits by John Farnham, Olivia Newton-John, The Platters, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Diamond, Elvis, Abba etc.

Come and join their celebration and singalong to songs such as Sweet Caroline, Chapel of Love, Proud Mary plus many more.

Bar will be open 4:30pm

The 103.5 Mix FM Band performed regularly at the annual Light up the City Christmas Concert backing artists such as Young Talent Time’s (Karen Knowles, Jane Scali, Anthony Callea, Denis Walter) plus Kamahl, Kim Durant, The Rat Pack Tribute Band and Glen Shorrock.
